Place it over the sink, cut fruits and vegetables, and then simply brush off scraps into your garbage disposal. A 2-1/2-quart silicone strainer is collapsible and removable. The cutting board is non-porous, and will not dull your best kitchen knives. The Dexas cutting board is dishwasher safe, and may also be washed in the collapsed position.
