ELIGIBILITY: The contest is open to all legal residents of the United States (including Puerto Rico, Guam and the US Virgin Islands) who are 18 years of age or older. The following persons and their dependents are not eligible to enter or win: employees of Space Savers, Inc and their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and the immediate families (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) of each of the above.

HOW TO ENTER: While the contest is posted on Spacesavers.com, you can enter by filling out this FORM to join our email subscriber list. If you are already an email subscriber, your information will be updated and you will also be entered into the contest.

All entries must be received by October 31, 2009.

HOW TO WIN: All entries received between September 16, 2009 and October 31, 2009 that include ACTIVE email addresses (active meaning the email address is valid, actively receiving emails from Spacesavers.com, and has not unsubscribed) will be considered eligible entries for the Giveaway. The total number of eligible entries received ultimately determines odds of winning. From all eligible entries received, Spacesavers.com will randomly select one (1) winner on or about November 2, 2009. The Winner will receive an Apple iPod Touch.
